Looks like we need a thread revival? Or is there a new one I'm not aware of.

I'm lazy as well for doing that. Popped in my mind today and realized I hadn't seen anything on this thread in a long while

The Mutant Taco is about to go. It’s that time, looking for a new truck and I’m Upsizing once again.

Looking at get’n a 21 Cement Limited Tundra. It’s the last year for the V8 and I do miss having all that room and power.

The 2022s will have the V6 motors and I’m sure they’ll get way way better gas mileage but I do love and miss that 5.7 Liter V8

Yep I know gas prices are skyrocketing and probably will be hovering around $4 a gallon by end of year…

    Wow! That’s quite the fleet.
Never understood the folks who criticize others for whatever kind of vehicle they own. You like it you buy it. I’ve owned every major manufacturer and dozens that most people haven’t ever even heard of. I do love the old stuff 30s and 40s!

Put a down payment and the Tundra was built this week. Probably looking at 4-6 weeks before it arrives.

Not thrilled that dealerships aren’t budging on price, No Discounts, Sticker Price, which is Crazy so I guess I lost my mind.

Just gotta have that Big V8 motor and it’s the last chance/year so the deal was done.

Have to say tho I’m pleased with the trade-in. Usually they lowball you but I’m happy with the deal other than paying sticker price. Plus everything is already sold way way before it reaches the dealer lot. I guess I’m not the only one wanting the last year V8s

Nothing new on this thread. Guess the thread is dead.

Haven't been on the taco forum in ages. Been traveling all over the world so not much seat time in my new Tundra. Almost a year old and just went over the 3K mark.

Great truck. The taco just never felt right and maybe cuz I had previously owned 3 tundras. Always felt a little too small. Ya and at times the tundra feels a little too big. But the drive is super comfy and of course my pup loves being the co-pilot!

Anyway, hope everyone is doing well, staying healthy, and not struggling to make ends meet with all the inflation and ridiculous gas prices.

    Take care
