Id be careful with Autoanything. I have order many things from them in the past with no problems, but my last order a LED tailgate light bar came in broke. Only one side works and now they are telling me I have to wait 2 days to find out what their going to do??? I fell like I'm getting a run around, super nice when your buying until you have a problem.

 

Odd, I've never had an issue with their customer service. Always got back to me within a reasonable time frame and never left me with a bad taste or anything.

 

Did you have a defective product you need returned or replaced? First time for me and they want a detailed email with pictures and then they'll let me know. Super disappointed with customer service and the only thing I can think of is that the package looks to be drop shipped straight from the manufacturer.

 

Well send them an email with that information, like they asked. I'm sure they'll make it right. You can't blame them for an item broken during shipping. Plus it's an electrical item, i'm sure they get plenty of people without scruples that install them incorrectly, break them and send them back.

They just want your side of the story, on record.

 

yea. took like 3 emails to get it resolved. Pictures are pretty common place for warranty claims. Makes it easier than paying to ship an item back especially if they item is huge

 

I understand, but it was less than 20 minutes old. Fedex dropped it off and I called right after. They are taking it back as of now, but I had to fight not to pay return shipping. First time I've ever been hassled like this, almost felt like they we're hoping I'd just gave up.

 

That doesn’t sound like the AutoAnything I know. There were parts missing from box for my bed cover, and they went out of their way to get me those parts from the manufacturer (who simply told me to contact the store).

Perhaps you got a trainee or an idiot?
