I did it like 6 years in a row. 4 man duo and solo . Did 12 laps solo. Never ever ever never ever ever again. Fucking hatted my bike for a month after that. The only good part was nonstop eating for 24 hours and still lost 6 pounds over that weekend . 4 man was the best ride a lap drink a few nap do a lap repeat .

House hunting day 1 went better than expected...

1st house was a flip that was done really half-assed (dumb shit like painting the door and not realizing that you can't close it anymore) but still had potential, new AC, solar, great location (5 minute commute!) and no HOA.
Then there were a few that were just meh in either location or floorplan.
Then I checked out a house that was in need of TLC but all minor issues that could be lived with, like paint and a bit of modernizing in the kitchen. It had an awesome floorplan, a great garage, and a great neighborhood. South of the 60 out towards AJ but still reasonable commute wise, w/ a Mesa address.
And after that I saw a house that was even further east but was basically move in ready, the only thing was the garage absolutely sucked. "2" car meant my Taco was basically stuffed inside tighter than my current garage.

Well, make a long story short we did some round and round with the listing agent and I put in an offer on the Mesa house.

I'm one of 2 competing offers right now, one is cash and under ask, mine is at ask and financed.

MTM foam cannon + cg mr pink + greenworks electric pressure washer =image.jpg

Edit: it’s ceramic coated & it makes for such an easy wash. Lol now with the other cars I also do a 2 bucket method. However more steps. Foam up, wash off, foam up, microfiber mit, wash off, blow dry, spray sealant/wax, windows, wheels & tires.. then interior.

Some foam cannons come off with not enough foam. They’re very watery when you mix your soap. What I love about the mtm cannon is that it’s very persistent & reliable with putting out good thick foam.

No problem! I’m the same with my truck haha. Stopped going through car washes tho. I just wait til I have time at home unless I can here at the in laws

Edit: Costco sells like 50-100 pack of these white & orange microfiber towels that are great for windows & interior plastics & such.

I can show you some ways with out an actual polisher. Using drill. Also some cut and buff action.
