So me and a handful of guys that all grew up together go to helen for a yearly camping/ fishing/ trail riding trip around october. Always seem to end up around the low gap camping area (chattahoochee river rd). Would be awesome to get some other ideas from ya'll for the north ga mountains, be it new camping or fishing areas or just some of your favorite trail riding areas. Input would nice to have in one thread for anyone wanting a nice weekend to
    North ga for some
    camping/fishing/ tail riding.

I know Trey mountain is popular
Any coordinates for some good forestry service roads ect?

Never camped there, warwoman sounds like one of the things I'm trying to avoid when going camping lol. These forestry roads, is it just if the gates open we're good to go? Always worried about private property...

This might be common knowledge, but here's a pretty nice map to have downloaded for forestry roads.
