I don’t see a gap between the bed and frame, therefore no body lift. I think you might be slightly crazy to Daily someone else’s SAS. But who knows. Definitely too tall, and definitely too bro’d Out

I thought maybe the TC and transmission levers look a little low. Therefor body lift. What do you think? (this is stating to get off topic from SAS, sorry about that)

Try to grab a few pics of the front crossmember, front rear shackles and some rear shackle angles. That will help tell the story on how the truck was built.

These look just like my shifters, I don't see a body lift. Hell, I'll sell you my truck AND trailer for less than 13k, and it has 20x the mods lol.

1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
Truss half welded on, gear box drilled and tapped for assist. Need to assemble the box still with the rebuild kit.

Hey what are the 2g SAS guys doing for abs removal and making all the blinky lights go away? I found a write up like a year or more ago but the internet has devoured it.

I ripped everything out and just deal with the cluster lights. Though I might pull the cluster apart and pull the LED's if I get really bored one day.

Yaaaa I didn't want pull the cluster apart but sounds like it's going to be the least complicated way. Rather than some wire reroute weirdness in order to fool the ECU

I built a first gen with abs and measured the resistance of the sensors then put in resistors so the truck thinks the abs is 100% and the truck never moves

2nd gens with hydro assist. What size ram? 8” stroke and what bore

Truck will be on 40s I have a superduty d60 going under it s d have a 94 ifs box. Was told a 1.5” bore was doing some research and some of the heavier trucks went with a 1.75” to 2”. Will be a daily driver for awhile until I can afford another daily/tow pig.

Id call PSC and ask to get their opinion. Id recommend 1.75" minimum due to the weight of these Tacoma's. 1.5" was meant for the mini-trucks.

Should I get some battleborn wheels or fork out the cash for aluminum beadlocks?

    Battleborn aluminum beadlocks? :notsure:

I've been looking at them as a solid option for the backspacing I want/ pseudo need
