I thought it was dumb. "Why would anyone need a console to dock AND be portable." Boy am I dumb, the thing is awesome! Great addition to travel with a pro controller and HDMI :1up:

Its actually one of the few reasons I did get the switch. 300 sounds like a ton but being able ot use it on the tv sold me. I didn't want to buy a ps4/xbox but wanted something to play at home

Definitely an awesome compromise. Can bring it to work, then set it up in my room just dropping in! I hope they release some more solid games otherwise I fear the excitement will fade. What's everyone playing?

I don't see this being a problem, the Switch is currently sitting on a gold mine of games across all genres, and has a solid looking roadmap.

I'm trying to finish up wolfenstein 2 so I can get octopath traveler, which is a game I've wanted since the demo

I mostly use mine at work....or well on the throne. The dock stays at home but I rarely play it there.

Right now I'm playing Wolfenstein II and Mario Tennis. Sonic comes out in a few days (got it for the gf)

I just finished a game called Semblance. Pretty fun for $8 or so.

Next up, Hollow Knight for 15

2nd?! Damn I can't even make it through my first..so many shrines and things I want to collect before progressing lol. I've been on a Hollow Knight grind. Never really played Metroidvania games but man is this one so captivating.

I'm digging it. It can be extremely frustrating, and boring at times, but somehow I can't stop playing.

Second time completing all Shrines, main and side quests, memories, etc. However, my % complete is only around 35% each time due to the Korok seeds. So much more to do but finding Korok seeds gets boring so i never really cared about finding them all.

thats how i felt about shrines after getting the master sword. had enough to get it and beat gannon (which i didnt use the sword for). rest of the game seemed a little pointless/not interesting. i sold it to Amazon for $23 knowing i wouldnt ever play again

Some play to enjoy the quest, some play to beat the game.

I've found all the shrines twice, and will do it again some day when I run out of other games.

Not sure if you're there yet, but I've been trying to beat the Hornet for 3 days now, grrrr. I've gone at her at least 50 times, and come close, but can't beat her yet. I know you get the Dash ability once she is beat, so it's too tempting to give up.

Ohh when you fight her in Greenpath? Yeah that one is a little tricky since you're pretty under powered at that point. Vengeful spirit is money in this fight since it does way more damage than your nail..the only real safe time to heal is when she does her AOE spiral ball attack or throw since that doesn't cover the entire floor and she's stationary.

Just picked up a switch to see what all the hype is about! Any must play games out there? Ive got Zelda, Mario Odyssey, and Donkey Kong so far. What about fun multi player downloadable games also?
