Minimum lift required for 35s/SAS?

    Pardon if this has been mentioned previously, I did try searching...

    I am picking up a 97 today, will eventually do a SAS on it. I'd like to run 33s, maybe 35s, with minimum lift. What is the minimum lift to fit a 35 without cutting the heck out of the body?

    If one has to cut, but can still fit flares, what's that change?

    Many thanks. I will be fabricating the build as I did with my S10, but there's only so low you can go before oil pans get in the way and so on...
