True but I can’t lie. It’s an excuse but it is hella difficult eating right when they put me on shift work.

One week I work 6pm-6am. Then I’m off for 3 days. Then I work 6am-6pm. Then off for 4. And it just keeps rotating. Makes it hella hard to meal prep and stuff cause your diet changes.

When I get off work at 6pm like normal people, I eat dinner and goto bed around 9pm

When I get off work at 6am, I don’t eat. I just shower and goto bed. Then you eat at 5pm one day and midnight for lunch and on the other days you eat normal

I was doing really good till they put us on this shit. Now I just do the best I can.

Damn, that’s tough. Could you prep for like 3 days at a time?

Nice. If you don’t have it already, MyFitnessPal is good for tracking food.

I don’t. Don’t have a fit bit either. Never wanted to count calories tbh cause I wanted this to be something I could do for life and not get burnt out on if that makes sense. So I try to think before eating rather than let a app decide for me

It’ll count steps with your phone, you don’t need a Fitbit. It’s helpful to get an idea calorie wise and everything else you’re eating. You can scan barcodes, access restaurant menus, etc. It just tracks what you eat and tells you about it, so you can watch your calories if you decide to.
