I will do that then!!! I went to "Historic Aerials" to get a rough idea and that is roughly what I'm getting as far as what I could see with dates. I still need to do a bit more research on and around that area. In either case, I should be more free to go check that park out once I'm done moving.

And yeah, TOTALLLLLLLY get the "millennial" thing!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA :fistbump::cheers::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I don't want to see folks not hunt. I'm going on Sunday. I'm a gold only guy though.
Good luck getting caught up on chores anyway.

Nothing. I worked yesterday and it was 111 degrees today. I should be able to next weekend. My work schedule is 4/10's but I usually work Fridays too for 5/10's. I'll probably end up doing 12's this week and take Friday off. As long as nothing breaks in the campgrounds I'll have 3 days off.

Lots of beaches to explore here, and with some luck, lots of woods with cellar holes and stone walls everywhere.
Have to start working on getting landowner permissions.

"Homey-D's":laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl: Gonna start using that if you don't mind? Fricken FUNNY as hell when I read that!!!:rofl::rofl:

Hope you have fun with your new machine. My understanding is that the 400 is a good starter machine for sure.

When you get a chance, if you like the hobby enough, buy a sniper coil for sure for trashy areas. You'll know, fairly quick I'm certain, of why MD'rs have a sniper coil as part of the arsenal. :goingcrazy::thumbsup: I don't have to use mine as much, but MAN am I glad I have one when/if needed.

AWESOME with that NOVA and yeah... "I KNOW"!!!:laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::D:p

HH \_ brotha and post some of your first finds. It'd be cool to see what you found.

I tend to find "Chuckee Cheese tokens" (i.e. it's a pizza place) quite a bit on the beaches over here in Kali???!!! To me, honestly, it's trash, but I still keep all of them for some reason???:laughing::laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl: I'm guessing deep down inside of me it's a "cool factor thing"??? :notsure::laughing::laugh::rofl::D:p

    My bad brotha.

Have you been able to sweep the ground lately?

I'm just about done moving into my new apt and there is a park I was posting about earlier that I want to give a try when finally free time is available. I found out the park can't be any older than right around early 1980'ish though, but still gonna see what I can find.

I may get out a little this afternoon. The wife works 1600-2400 so I may get some time in. I may have a little helper. I might have to watch a 4 yr.old son of a friend. My wife watches him mostly but I usually have the duty between the time she goes to work and his mom gets off work....it'll do him some good to get out and dig around. If we get out to one of the local campsites he can play in the water if nothing else.

Sounds like you are on your way to dirty fingernails.

As for shovels, you want to keep it discreet in public parks/schools and such, and the Lesche Sampson Pro-Series Shovel with T-Handle & Serrated Edge works amazing for cutting precise plugs. It's fairly light weight, but crazy strong for leveraging rocks, roots and such with ease. Google around for the best price.

It was too hot to hunt yesterday so we're going back out today. I did take the 300, it just never came out of the truck.
