ARE Shell. Pelfreybilt front bumper. hi-clearance rear bumper w/swing out. Rigid light bar/fog lights/reverse lights. Pelfreybilt front skid. Home/hand made slidders. DR front coilovers. Camburg UCA. AllPro Expedition leaf pack w/u-bolt flip and Timbren bump stops. 285 70-17 on stock rims with Spider Trax wheel spacers. EBC slotted/drilled rotors with green pads.
I grounded all my rear bumper lights, dust light and inside the shell light to the frame. It worked fine after I sanded the paint a little to get a good ground. Too many wires already! :goingcrazy:

We haven’t totally ruled them out yet. They definitely seem extremely spacious when deployed. Are they pretty comparable to a RTT as far as ease of setup and tear down?

Yep. My girlfriend and I definitely pack it away and deploy it faster than our old smittybuilt RTT... If you ever want to check it out just let me know.

I can't compare it to a RTT, since I've never dealt with one, but opening and closing the Habitat is quick. Obviously not as fast as a wedge camper, but I would think the extra space is what makes it worth the negligible extra effort. It's cavernous in there. Opening I can handle by myself in probably 3 minutes. Closing entails a little more work tucking and walking around the truck to check the opposite side. I'm still new at it, but can close it by myself in a leisurely 7-10 minutes. With my wife, 3-5 minutes.

I'm sure in certain weather conditions the wedge style would have it's advantages, but if you aren't worried about that, the extra space is amazing. I can leave my wife in bed while I get up, stretch out, get in the fridge, change clothes, etc, all without even hopping outta the truck.

Last weekends adventures to Eastern NV with the lady friends dad and his POS scrambler, he stopped thirteen times on the way home for fuel starvation issues, and I lost a flare due to a rabbit strike.

I had a chance to throw my replacement leafs Deaver sent me to try and beef up my pack because it wasn’t what it should have been. I’ve only driven a little bit but they seem to have done the trick. Got a good amount of lift out of them so I’m not hitting my bump stops over speed bumps now which was annoying before. Might load her up tonight for a short trip and see how it handles all the gear.

Spent the Nevada day weekend the Nevada way, in bum fuck no where checking out random and cool free shit. Deavers new leafs seem to work well with the added weight. Spent the first night at a pretty usual spot for us then headed towards some unknown ghost towns. Roads were shit which was kinda fun till we ended up in canyon that was allegedly a FS road but really just a nasty wash. We could've pushed on but it was getting dark and my girlfriend kept getting really scared when we hit the sliders or skids so we turned around and camped somewhere a little more reasonable. Check out the ghost town which wasnt as cool as I thought it'd be but we came across an abandoned homestead that was badass. We headed home and figured we take our chances at one of the most popular springs in the state and to our surprise we had it to ourselves. Until an airplane landed at the spring and taxi'd up next to us. He was cool and we shared dinner before we finished our drive home. Successful weekend :bananadance:

I’m still not sure if I’ll have the weekend off yet, probably working a 24 today/tonight to try and speed a project up but we’ll see :censored:
