Hey Guys, my kid's 2006 5 lug 2WD Tacoma had a knocking noise on the right front going on. Well last week it crapped out on the road and my buddy who runs the local garage got it going well enough to drive it there for an alternator replacement (Only use Denso's BTW). I asked him to look at the front end and he said that all ball joints and bushings looked fine, his guess was the front brake pads were knocking around in the caliper making the noise since he did not see the hardware kit installed. He suggested that I buy new pads with the hardware kit which is what I did last night.

My Question: Is this kit a complete hardware set-up or are there any other parts used to hold or retract the pads from the rotors when not braking?

    Thanks Guys.....Mark.
