Anyone here around the QC?

 

Next mod at my place will go on the 18th. Hope to see some of you there.

 

Do we have any meetups scheduled ?

 

Nothing local in the QC that I know of. @G.T. hosts Mod Days from time to time down near St Louis. If you want to start doing meatups in the QC I'd be interested.

If you find a Forts toyota patch on your truck someday it was probably me, I was given a bunch from Forts to hand out. Forts has excellent staff and service, I highly recommend you check out the Forts trail team page on Facebook for local get togethers and trail events !

I am in Galesburg quite often I live nearby in Elmwood.
I also work in and around the quad cities daily maybe someday we could get enough Tacoma’s to have a local get together at my place or meet somewhere for a dinner or lunch
I have been to several events in Chicago with the Chicago Tacoma’s and Chi town Off-road shop it’s a fun time getting to know everyone and hang out while showing off your truck!

I do get down to Bloomington now and then
I go to 3rd Sunday market sometimes and like to have lunch in town on the weekends if I feel like a little road trip

I'm from the Peoria area, I haven't seen a lot from this thread in a while. has any one found trails close to here? I normally wheel in Bernadotte IL they have a lot of old county roads that are not well maintained and are more like trails than anything there are some parks in pekin also that are the same way but I am looking for some new places.

Thanks for the heads up mate but regrettably won't be able to make it as my son has Cub Scout pinewood derby this weekend and I'm one of the volunteers that's helping out. Hope you guys have a good time.

 

No worries, it would be a long trek for you anyway. I just wanted to extend the offer since you have been so welcoming down there in the STL area.

 

No worries, a fair amount of St. Louis people are heading to Windrock park in Tennessee for St. Patrick’s day weekend for the “Titan Off-road Shamrock Shakedown” event. You guys ought to put it on your calendar as Windrock always rocks. This this week is the last week to pre-register as well. Over 300 miles of trails with heaps for every build and skill level.

 

Windrock would be a lot of fun! I hope I'll have more time to travel to events in the years to come but this year isn't look to good... Work, work and more work...
