I’m aware of how the real world works I’m a member of a highly discriminated against minority group.
I also carry masters degrees in Public Health that specifically deal with Social Justice.
My career also deals with seeking justice for exploited minorty groups (undocumented workers, elderly, minors, individuals struggling with poverty and homelessness, fair housing etc.)

Perhaps you didn’t mean it to come across that way but I read as: “boo hoo males are a highly targeted minority group”.

Your statements were also inaccurate. Most states are no alimony states. Alimony is a dying statute. Spousal support is only granted in specific instances not grated to someone arbitrarily because they are a woman.
Your examples were outdated and misrepresented legal statute. They reflected more movie and TV legal statute.

I found your ramblings to be sexist (ironically) and insensitive. It was a backhand to to individuals who do deal with discrimination.

There are plenty of Social Injustices in the world, so they shouldn’t be discussed of so flippently and disrespectfully (or incorrectly).

Not quite sure what you mean by this. She has her name on nothing, which doesn’t matter much in a community property state like Texas. What DOES matter here is that she may have committed a felony by forging a government document. She already gets half of everything, none of which she ever paid for, but it is what it is and he understands that. The issue I’m discussing here is wether she forged a document or not, in hopes of using it as leverage due to her taking advantage of a 72 year old disabled veteran.

 

I quoted someone saying they hoped he got his stuff back. I was just pointing out that it is her stuff too until its decided not.
