Yep they’re not worth the paper they are written on.

 

I like the defense of them as being great with customer service. Lead times and floating orders aside (hah), they were taking orders up to the very last minute knowing they were shutting down production with zero intention on filling those orders in a timely manner.. if at all.

Maybe it’s just me, but if I had a personal relationship with people that did that, I’d be re-evaluating said relationship.

If you guys didn’t see, they’re revoking PB’s vendor status. If you haven’t started your disputes, I ask why. Sucks it came to this, but it is what it is

 

Damn... I really like Satin and Tyler.. Satin was the best when she was still answering emails and such. But business is business and I can definitely understand everyone’s anger, resentment, and ill feelings.

I do hope they come out on top, but unfortunately the damage has been done, and will follow the Pelfreybilt name for a while.

Awesome products is one thing, but just like Hawaii, your rep is your rep.. who knows, after the dust settles and pending orders are sorted out, a “don’t pay till it’s ready to ship” would be an awesome option...

And I do feel for the GB guys right here.. I was going to throw my hidden winch mount in the GB, but didn’t want to wait for it to ship... paid more for shipping, but very happy with the product..

I came so close to getting in on this GB but thankfully decided to go with Universal 4x4 in Kaneohe for my sliders and skids

 

And honestly dude, what were you thinking paying for that stuff to ship out here so close to PCS? I guess I'm being an ass saying that
I had to fight internal battles but I opted out because I figured was best to get the big stuff when I get back home. Afterwards I found Universal4x4 so met middle ground and got a few things to hold me over

 

I talked to relentlessfab when I was back home and sent a few messages. If we ever want to build a pallet and have them split the cost like the PB group buy they'll gladly do it for us. Just have to give them a heads up.

 

Wasn’t close when we ordered in April.

 

I'm pretty sure they're a few months behind. If they tell us April and you leave on October that's a huge gap

 

I do what I can. My friends back home know me as the ultimate ball buster. I think even @hacklerjason has called me pilau.. but they wouldn’t get that back home
