help with tire load rating specs.

I was hoping I can get some insight on wether these tires I was looking to get would work ok with our base 5-lug 2wd trucks. I have a 2014 2.7 crew cab. I want to use these 225/50/R15 tires. They have a 91H load rating. I was sure if that rating is ok. Its a truck used primarily for street use with some towing. Here is the link to the tires.

Look at what the rating is on the door sticker.

Anything the same or better will be fine
