    TL;DR


    PELFREYBILT files bankruptcy after posting for customers to hold off on seeking updates/refunds on orders. Then a week later blames customers for their failure, before saying no customers will receive refunds or paid for products.


    77 pages in bankruptcy filing, nearly all of those pages are individually listed customers of PELFREYBILT.

    Everyone with outstanding orders / pre orders etc to contact their CC / Paypal / Bank to dispute charges. Regardless of Bankruptcy proceedings they need to do that immediately as a part of the terms of their agreement with those entities they (customers) are protected.

    For all those who paid by cash, check and ACH, recommend contacting their banks and the courts to see next steps.

    What are they trying to trademark? The last thing I saw regarding Pelfreybilt and trademarking was when Satin applied to trademark pelfreybilt.com back in spring of 2017, then never responded to the request, and the trademark was finally closed officially a couple months ago.

    Damn. This really sucks. I’m glad I filed my dispute on the 4th now. Felt guilty when I did it. Money has already been credited back into my account.

    I have a Pelfreybilt front bumper and skids. Really wanted the dual swing out rear to match.

    Much disappoint

    It sucks, they had such a great product. I had called a few times several weeks ago to place a small order but no one called me back after leaving voicemails...

    I'll have to look elsewhere now for comparable items.
