Standard Tacoma rear bumpers are a direct bolt on replacement designed to give better clearance and departure angle while staying tight to factory body lines, giving your truck a clean and aggressive look while offering added protection on the trail.

2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma Standard Rear Bumper – At The Helm Fabrication (athfab.com)

    Features Included:

    • Built from CNC cut and brake formed 3/16″ HRPO steel plate.
    • 3/4″ thick shackle tabs pass through the bumper and welded front and back.
    • 10 bolt locations makes mounting rock solid. Uses factory threaded frame holes…no cutting, drilling or welding required for installation.
    • Holes for flush mount LED pods as backup lights. Fits most brands including Rigid Industries.
    • Hi-Lift jack slots for safer lifting
    • Standard 2” receiver included, either hidden behind plate or under license plate (your choice). Hidden receivers include a flip up license plate bracket. Receiver hitches are not officially load rated, but built plenty beefy. Receiver tube is reinforced with 2”x2”x.120” tubing spanning between the mounting plates.
    • Reuses factory license plate lights.
    • Trailer plug gets relocated under the bumper using included bracket…tucked up and out of the way where belongs.
    Available in bare steel only.
Ships FedEx ground. Shipping cost ranges from $95-$300, depending on receiver style and distance from Northern Nevada. Bumpers with hidden style receivers are much less to ship as they don’t fall in fedex’s oversize range.

Designed, built, and tested in the USA :oldglory:

Curious - When do you project a high clearance with swing out, fold down table, double jerry can holder, hi-lift mount, and spare tire carrier is going to be in production? :spending:

I know you said swing out version won’t be happening any time soon, but when you make it will it be strong enough to hold a 35” tire? I noticed mobtowns states 33” only. Basically why wait if my tire isn’t gonna work out on there, right??

Man this looks sweet with the body lines. It’s hard to see how much the spare tire is exposed underneath. Will this also come with covers for the led pods if the buyer doesn’t want to install pods there?

I couldn’t give you an estimated date for those, but I will be building them at some point

I was going to shoot for a 35” max tire size on the tire carriers. :D

I have some covers for them I can give you if you like

Not gonna lie. This may be the best rear bumper I’ve seen to date! Killing it!! Any idea when you may start on a high clearance version? Definitely interested when one comes out so put me on a list!

I occasionally tow an enclosed trailer at about 5500lbs. Think this would handle it?

Very interested in getting one of these if so.

Morgan, i just got into the blowout of the bed stiffeners and really liked the quality of the build. If these are built to the same standard you have changed my mind on my rear bumper selection. Also interested in the swing out.

Exactly! I’ve always been very careful with this since I started building Jeep bumpers in 2013, and that’s the major reason my selection is limited. My preferred method of taking bumper orders when there is a substantial lead time has always been $100 deposit/ invoice balance when it’s ready to ship. Works great for everyone.

Thank you! I don’t have an ETA on the HC version or swing outs. I’ll keep everyone up to date though.

That’s my preferred version too as I tow quite a bit. Easier to insert the hitch and pin.

My personal bumper is built the same way as these and I have absolutely zero hesitation using it for loads that size. I pull my trailer regularly.

Yes these are essentially the same build quality. Parts were cut in the same shop I outsource my cutting to, and formed/welded/sanded by me. Stay tuned for tire carriers, might be a while though.

I’ve got an All-Pro dual swingout which has been great but I’m committed enough now to chop my bedsides off so if and when the time comes that Morgan has a high clearance dual, I will definitely be in the market.

Hi, I love the design and fitment of this, is this 3/16" plate all around or are the attachment points / supports the same or thicker gauge?

I'd be interested in seeing how the the trailer plug relocation is employed in this design, typically I really enjoy designs where the trailer plug cutout is behind the flip down license plate left of the receiver.

    Thanks!
