plano/rich/dallas toy mech needed

hey there... reaching out because I had a Toyota of Richardson mechanic do side work for me and no longer is there. looking for a mechanic that does side work ( many do I know ) to replace him. I have a 2015 Tacoma that's stock and want some little maintenance done ( alignment etc ). if there is some here or knows someone at a dealership ( don't really care about the dealer but the mechanic.... treats it like their own ) please pm me so we can chat.

Tandem does not do alignments. at least not yet and not sure they have plans for it.

i'm interested as well. i have used Fifth Gear Automotive in Lewisville because my SA there has been so amazingly helpful. but they just changed policy there and will no longer do non-stock work... as in they won't even do a custom alignment for me but will only put on factory specs. that was the reason i sought them out in the first place, for custom attention in the details, which they were great at. the owner no longer wants my business so i'm now looking for the same thing again.

awesome... glad they got that setup. i'm having alignment troubles right now so maybe they can fix me up if my Thursday guy can't do it. my numbers are spot on but i'm mad pulling to the right. sounds like i may need to check out their new rack.

seriously? i totally missed that since i started visiting them during their move and everything was a mess and nothing was setup. anyway that's good to know. i may be out there soon if my guy in Denton can't find my own front end problem.

 

Anyone know of any indy shop or individual that can do the ECU update for 3rd gen Tacomas? Im really trying to avoid the hassle of convincing a service department to do it.
