I just put new plugs in my 95' tacoma (6cyl) and now my check engine light is on. Anyone have this problem?

Could be a coincidence. Go get your codes pulled at Autozone and post them here, then we can help you out better.

putting new plugs will not cause the light to come on. it might be something else.

Some of the most common response for a check engine light to come on are a bad gas cap or a dirty mass air flow sensor.
