So I was kinda hoping to get some pictures of what your headlight beam pattern is at the moment. Stock or H4 conversion. I have Hella Vision Plus with the standard Hella bulbs that came with the headlights. I've also had Autopals version as well. I liked the Autopals beam pattern but not the quality. Hella has a nice sharp cutoff on the driver side but the passenger side is not as sharp given DOT regs. I am also running an upgraded harness.

So if you have any shots please post them up. Would be a nice reference for people looking to change over from stock sealed beam to H4 and have some pictures to help make a decision. Maybe include what bulb you are running as well.

It's a harness from Low Range I think. I also have a few back up ones from The Retrofit Source. The bulbs are just HELLA H4 12V 60/55W Halogen Bulb.

If you want outstanding cut offs and lighting performance, I would highly recommend the Hella H4 E-code conversion over the Hella H4 DOT version. E-code has superior cut off and puts more light onto the road where it is useful, resulting in increased performance.

Just an update. Trying out some new LED headlights off Ebay. Really nice cutoff with a pretty bright and wide pattern. Wasn't planning on keeping them long if they didn't perform and was going to retrofit newer LED projectors or HID's into them but so far they are acceptable. The real downside is that the High beam is almost non-existent. Or maybe I'm using the wrong beam as a low. Either way to get the best cuttoff and adjustment with out blinding others this wiring setup has worked best. Like most of the LED cutoffs I have seen they tend to dip in the middle which makes adjusting for front distance a challenge with a lifted truck. I may still crack them open and tune them as much as possible but I do like them a lot. Need to get an LED light bar to tie into the Highs to solve that problem as well. They don't look as ugly when on the truck, or maybe I'm just used to them now. When I finish my other retro's I'll compare them side by side. Have a look, tell me what you think.

And now the HIDs. Morimoto Mini H1's w/ 35w ballasts and 5500K bulbs. Untuned in stock configuration. My phone makes it look a little more intense than it is.

Next setup is going to be square D2S with a 50w setup just because.
