I would love to see a 500hp supercharged 2tr. I went typical Turbo, but an Atypical approach. Also, check out my build. Some LCE 3rz parts like the balance shaft delete kit works on our motor too.

Holy moly! Which Rotrex supercharger are you running? The one that comes with URD's kit or a bigger one? My plan is to go FI next year after I finish my suspension upgrades. I'm debating URD SC or custom turbo setup. I'd like to see 3-400 whp when it's all said and done. Playing with the Borg-Warner turbo match tool, it looks like I can get in that ballpark with around 17 psi.

Im running the only supercharger kit for the 2tr, 70mm pulley instead of the 85mm with bigger injectors. Pushes a little over 20lbs. Cai and Thorley Header and pretty much straight piped. Dual electric fans, Stage 3 Clutch from Action clutch.

My friend has a 70mm waiting to go on. With the 80mm his peaks at 11- nearly 12 psi. Already to risky for his to go to the 70, as larger primaries are absolutely required. His does have an larger 5th.

The Map-ECU3 is fairly easy to tune, however overly annoying to get the program installed and communicating properly without erasing your tune file. If you are past that, it will be easy for you to modify the fuel tables, as long as the AFR module is also wired in, so that you can tune the larger injectors.

On that note, what size primaries are you using?

@Torspd Have you guys measured the diameter of the 2TR crank pulley? I was looking at the compressor maps on rotrex's website but didn't have the diameter to figure out pressure ratio / compressor RPM.

Any updates on this sir? I was trying to figure this out just this morning to determine the smallest pulley i can go with on the c30-94 without going past the 10.5K rpm maximum.

Anyone have info on the size of the 2TR crank pulley?

Should be, but it requires removing skid plates and I just haven't done it. When I originally asked, I was thinking that maybe you had measured the pulley on your neighbor/friend's truck that you helped install the URD kit on.
