Not in current state, is about an inch too low (that's what I was doing in the pic, getting measurement from top of head). I believe I could clock it to clear the cover and be able to adjust the actuator without having to do any heavy surgery. If I clock it 180 degrees then I'll have to figure out a bracket for the wastegate actuator. I want to put this guy on http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B2HE006/

    Some photos...

I guess I had bought 1 new clamp for it. I recommend changing the rest since it saw a lot of heat cycles.

1GR-FE & 2TR-FE share the same ignition coil, does anyone have a VDC vs Time calibration chart they can share?

Well my stuff is working so far. 2200 resistor in the maf is doing great so far. Hot start isn't an issue. The boost air temp sensor at hot start is telling me I'm heat soaked. It was 95F outside during testing. The ecu now always thinks the air is 71F so I can have more control over my settings. 140F air going over the maf really pissed off the oem ecu. OBD screen shot at the same time as mapecu3 screenshot.

For O2 Long Term Fuel Trim, negative numbers means over fueled (rich) and positive numbers means not enough fuel (lean) right?
I was tore between two setting for my injector flow setting, so I zeroed out the trim ( and using a base fuel table) and ran a course, to include a long steep climb, and here's the results for each of the flows:

    Smaller injector flow setting
    285.jpg

    Larger injector flow setting
    314.jpg

Here's what I'm thinking- the computer is looking for a defined flow of fuel to be delivered, so it opens the injector for a determined amount of time to get the desired output. The flow setting is not delivering as much fuel as promised (lean condition), so the ecu compensates by adding to the long term fuel trim to reach short term base fuel table AFR.

The first pic needs less change, thus the more correct flow setting?

The flow setting doesn’t effect the fueling as long as you tune the map. You set the flow rate in the haltech. Later if you change injectors you can change the flow rate and it will scale the map.

You cannot get good info on the long term fuel trims with a couple short drives. You could do the same course 10 times and they could be different every time.

There is a lot that goes into calculating the trims but it works over time and different driving conditions.

Remember the long term fuel trims are time based too. You would need to do everything exactly the same that would mean staying on the same cell for the same amount of time so it could log the trim.

I'm sticking with the smaller number setting, seems safer to be closer to default table.

Do you have the injector size and Dead Times inserted into the Haltech?

    I do.

The only gripe I have with Haltech is they've dropped the ball on cruise control. I'm reading that it's included on their Falcon Barra stand-alone and they've added cruise control to their help files but there's still no ETA on firmware release. They've stated on their forum that they're working on it for the Elite 1000/2000 series but is low on the priority list because not many people have contacted them about it. Come on, you advertised for it pre-release then pulled it- everyone isn't calling because, like me, they assume something so important for everyday life would be high on your priority list.

I'm happy my truck can idle and have good drivability below 3k rpms while making 3x hp from stock.
