Do the walls come with the floor as well?

Yes, it's heavy duty tarp type material built in.

Ok, thanks. Are you able to zip the floor to the walls? Or is just like a base?

It's permanently attached. A bathtub style floor that extends up from the ground about 3-5" to help keep water from seeping in. It works well.

Thanks! I'm looking at the ARB website right now but I can't seem to find the model that you posted about. Do you know which of these would fit:

Yep. They might be hard to find now that ARB redisgned their awnings and rooms with different dimensions. Might have to call around a few places to see if they still have them.

A bit of a thread revival here but I just ordered this awning from your website and included the TJM Heavy Duty Awning Mount Brackets in my purchase.

I just noticed here that they came with L-brackets? did I not need to order the heavy duty mount brackets?

Also which Axia mount is this on your website? I'm not seeing this specific one.

    crap bolted and welded together....

I use the hell out of mine, no problems at all!

I just wish I would have bought the ARB room that would have worked with it, before it got changed.

    2016 trd sport blazing blue,
I also have one of these and it is holding up to lots of abuse. Snow rain and crazy wind.
I did mangle a pole a little because it got crazy windy over night and never fastened it down with the anchors. Completly my fault and would have damaged any other awning as badly.
