Stewart Brothers Hardware in Bartlett. Get all my class 10.9 flange head metric bolts there.
That's where i go for all bolts really except grade 8 US threads. Tractor Supply for those just for their pricing by the pound instead of per piece.

Have to try Advanced and maybe Ace too. So far haven't found any generic m10 bolts that have the right non threaded length for the flange

Low range off-road or marlin has them. I don't think I have any, if I do I can bring them to AOP.

I may be too late to the party on this, but I was without internet for the weekend (which was amazing).

I vote for either this in the upper right corner:

    Hey guys,

I have a question about fitting 285/70/17s and am having trouble finding definitive answers online.

    Truck Specs:

    2008 PreRunner (2wd)

    Lift:
Front - Bilstein 5100's set on the highest perch (~2.75" lift) with OEM coils and UCAs
Back - 2" block with OEM leaf pack

    Wheels Specs:
FN Wheels Model Name - ƒ(x) Pro
    Diameter - 17"
    Width -8"
    Offset - 0mm
    Backspacing - 4.5"
    Load rating - 955KG (2,100lbs+)

    Current Tire Specs:
265/70/17 General Grabbers AT2s - No Rubbing at all

    Future Tire Specs:
I need more true lift so I would like to upgrade to 285/70/17. Below are my tires prospects:
    Falken Wildpeak AT3W - 285/70/17
    Nitto Ridge Grapplers - 285/70/17

    Questions:
Will I clear 285/70/17 with light, moderate, or heavy trimming?
Will I be forced to do the cab mount chop? If so, has anyone done this on their own with a grinder?

You shouldn't have to trim much, and we can definitely cut your cab mount. The only real way to know how much you need to trim (if any) is to put them on and flex the truck out.

    It never efffing ends.....

    Wait, what....?

Anyhow, if you throw my 255 75r 17 STT Pro’s on there you’ll have about a 1/2” more clearance and won’t likely need to do any trimming. If you’re a stickler for 285’s, you might get another 1/4” and may or may not need to CMC.

This all being said knowing you’re trying to stretch the limits of your 2x4 as far as possible while keeping up with 4x4 rigs. There will be a point when you’ve finally reached it. You may be getting close.

If your adventures tend to lean toward 4x4 adventures, then you gotta ask yourself how much more money do you want to keep throwing into your 2x4 to try to make it 4x4 capable...?

Just spent $36 on genuine Toyota grade 11 DS bolts plus shipping... never thought I'd spend that much for 4 bolts/nuts/washer, but should be worth it

Todd (sure with the blue and white fj55 who may have been at pys with you) gave me a 10min speach on how dumb I was to use dealer driveshaft bolts on my truck. Just use grade 8s from ACE for 1/10 of the price.

He sheared all 4 of them driving down the trail that morning.
