    Hi All,

    I just received a brand new pair of Total Chaos uca's and am surprised how stiff the uniball is, I can't move it at all by hand. I thought once I cut off the zip tie through the uniball i would at least be able to rotate it a bit. Shouldn't it move without to much force, Anyone know? I can't imagine there ceased, they're band new.

    You shouldn't be able to move them by hand but they shouldn't be impossible to move. Use some kind of smooth tool that you can use as a cheater to straighten them out. Just make sure you aren't damaging the misalignments or anything with whatever tool you use.

    I just got some used arms today, I believe this is the miss alignment piece?
    I was wondering where I can find a replacement. On top one has a nick on the edge, one bottom has a few more nicks, but then this one is all chewed up
