Alright, alright, alright. Spent the day installing the CSF radiator. Everything was pretty straight forward, I used Roostfactor’s instructions which were spot on and I did Loginfailed’s JF shroud route. I’m stoked to say the least. Now I can’t wait to drive to work in this supposedly 50 degree weather in the morning. Thanks everybody!

What have you done to your truck lately
Would the Ron Davis fan shroud with the 2 SPAL fans work with the CSF rad?

I dropped mine in today. I used the fj shroud and reservoir method. I’m at 110k so I did the serpentine and SC belt while I was there. Changed the engine and SC oils, and did the diffs and transfer case. I checked one plug from each side and they were fine (@12k). So I’m holding off on that for a few. Replaced the fuel filter and that’s about it. This place is just awesome. It gives me so much confidence whenever I work on my truck.

I bought mine at Amazon. They’re made by HPS.

Yep, HPS. The only problem is the lower hose wont fit with the sc.

Anyone in NorCal interested in a used CSF radiator? I has about 3k miles on it and in great shape. No fin damage and looks like new. Bought it from URD and will be in the stock box. Taking my FJ back to stock to get ready to trade it in.

I didn’t really have a hard time with mine. A couple of on and offs and cutting to fit. Truck is running awesome! Plus I went to fill up with 93 today and said screw it... so I filled up with 101 I’ve never done it and it was pricey but it will happen again. It’s really fun.
