Wiring up the fog lights basic model

    I used the add a fuse on the ACC so i can leave them on constantly and they go off when the key is off. The pic looks like its plugged into the blank spot but its offset and plugged into the ACC.

    Yes, I think you are correct. That picture was a bit premature. The red wire coming out of the fuse was placed on the positive terminal on the battery. The black wire coming from the fuse is going to ground now.
    I just got off from work this morning. On the way home I grabbed an ad a fuse from the local parts store. I will play around with the fuses and see what works the best. Hopefully I won’t pop all my fuses.

    The add a fuse is the relay trigger- not the light circuit. Relay draws a fraction of an amp to close.
    I do agree to keep things simple and isolated by always going back to the batt is ideal, but for this it doesn't make sense.
