    So if I'm at 1-2% pulse width at idle I should have a higher # now correct? And/or would it only show a change under load and before boost?

    It would be higher after mod because of lower fp.

    Then I understand. Awesome. I have some references memorized. I'll be able to check differences tmrw when driving. For example at 65mph typical pulse width is around 9-10%

    Keep in mind though at that speed you are probably close to zero vacuum which means very close to stock fp. That would be where your "X" intersects so very little difference in ipw.
    The biggest difference will be seen under high boost high throttle conditions because that is where the greatest demand on the injectors is.

    So at idle with no fpr your at 1 to 2%
    Idle with fpr may be 2 to 3%

    Max throttle no fpr may be 85%
    Max throttle with fpr 75%

    This is just a WAG (wild ass guess) but you get the idea

    I get the idea. I may have to flip flop this mod to get better #s under load. I may be mistaken but I think I've seen pulse width #s at 100% before.

    Need to be careful though. Last week was early morning boostacular on country roads. Lights gaining on me, I slow down and take my turn off. Sherriff kept going. Let's just say he must have heard my exhaust note. Had to be a tacoma lover to look the other way on that one!

    It's possible. I dont know what the TRD or OV Tunes specify.
    Or could that be your meth % of output?

    Wish I could find other info on meth with this motor. Adjusting it is a total guesswork game. Maybe if I data log and use techstream. If ovtune ever orbits back. Now it comes on at 2lbs and hits full at 4.

    You can use your ipw to determine when to set max meth output. 2psi is probably good for start. What is your max boost now?
    I'm not experienced with it but I would try setting meth max close to your boost max. We are all low boost compared to other applications and going from minimum to maximum spray within 2psi gives very little resolution.
    But isnt your controller also using ipw to equally determine min to max spray?

    It can work off boost or pulse width. OR a combo of both with adjustments in 1% incrementally. Near infinate choices on setting it.

    Right but I think I remember you saying you were going off Snow's recommendation which had boost and ipw input at a 50 50 ratio.

    Do you have a larger meth jet? You are using 50% water to meth ratio correct?
    Look at your controllers idc chart. What % of idc is it set to max out meth output?
