Penske Downey Service

Hi,

Just wanted to see if anyone has been to Penske in Downey for service? If so, how were they?

I need to bring my new truck in for an issue with the back up camera coming on randomly while I’m driving and also try to get the 0062 TSB done.

Confused... Why not just go to a Toyota stealership and get the problem fixed there?

i take my truck down there for major service and repairs... a couple of the techs are offroad guys so i haven't had any issues... been going there for a few years... worth the drive for me from Glendale...

Same, I take my truck there for service.

I bought my truck from my bro-in-law in Carson, but I live down the street from Penske.

Nothing but good from them so far.

 

I live within walking distance - the parts counter guys are pretty good and they mounted and balanced some tires for me for $80 after switching them off of my existing rims.
