Butcher shops/meat markets east tn

Anyone have a meat market or butcher shop in east tn area you’d recommend? Was using zycon meats and they suddenly went under recently. Most meat in stores to me looks like crap or is totally over priced.

Lived in wv and fl at different times and both places had a mom and pop meat shop with fresh meat at reasonable rates. Google search brings up several but I’d prefer to not drive around everywhere just looking at shops. Closer to Knoxville area is better. But willing to travel a bit for the right place.

I get my meat at costco. Prime beef for cheap.

 

There is a shop in Morristown Tn called Circle D I believe. It use to be Sam’s meat cleaver and they sell everything.

Edit ... Just realized I mentioned fl in my op. I honestly don’t remember the town and vaguely even the area. Seems like it was near crystal river area possibly

If you get as far as Chattanooga, then Rusty's Meat Market just over the line in GA is pretty legendary around here. They do amazing country sausage plus anything else.
