The rear drive shaft has the double Cardan.
    I’d say he’s offering

Just attempted to remove the front driveshaft, and let me tell you F*ck that. I tried using a leverage bar with a wrench, NOPE. I got the bolts that are on the transfer case side of the driveshaft off fine, but there just isn't enough space by the front to get off the damn bolts....

Well, Finally got her off after using the persuasion stick, and the u joint isn't the issue. I grabbed where the ujoint used to be connected and twisted it and it isn't smooth at all, it feels clunky and makes the same noise that the truck makes when in 4wd, so I am guessing it is the bearing underneath where the driveshaft connects.

I don't have anything to contribute OP, but I hope you find the issue and get it fixed so you can enjoy your new ride.

Thanks man =) I am really hoping its the bearing, if its the Ring and Pinion I am gonna lose my shit.

I've come to the conclusion that it is the bearing right behind the flange that the driveshaft connects too, if it was the ring and pinion they would be making noise constantly right? Does anyone have a diagram for this?

I believe I found the correct diagram and part (if it is the issue)
It appears to be #13 which is 90366-30078-77

so how would the u joint be making the noise only when 4wd is engaged? Doesn't the front shaft spin even in 2wd?

I don't believe it does unless you have a locker in your front end and your manual hubs are engaged, because then it is forced to spin. In my case it doesn't have to spin because I have a open diff, I could be wrong but I am pretty sure it doesn't spin.

Don’t start buying random parts that you “think” are the issue. If you lived close I would help you out.

Start by buying two new hubs for both sides.

Try driving the truck without the front driveshaft

Seems like a lot of people around where I live perform the blue tooth drive shaft mod... may or may not be related to 4wd launches gone wrong

The hub on the right side was already brand new, I have a hub for the left side in the mail.

Also, does anyone know if I will be able to access the pinion bearing after removing the driveshaft flange or will I need to take out the actual pinion to replace it?

I believe there is more to it than that.

Try locking the hubs and NOT engaging 4wd

If the noise is not there then it’s not the pinion
