    I don't know, I never thought to ask. I'm not putting in a diving board, though. The builder calls it a "mountain pool." Our lot is sloped, so it has a retaining wall on the far side with 3 waterfalls. You could jump off the wall, but it's only about 3 feet high.

    Ah, gotcha. My mom’s insurance had her remove the diving board when she moved into a new house. I was sure to use it first though, it was one of those old school diving boards with a giant coil spring under it. It would launch you sky-high....wonder why they had it removed!

    My wife's house growing up in Richardson (she lived off of Floyd right across from UTD) had one of those diving boards. We loved it, not sure her dad liked it when we were splashing all the water out of his pool. But, I wanted waterfalls here. Trying to make it feel like a swimming hole in the Ozarks.
