2016 Tacoma oil leak

I drive a 2016 Tacoma and I seen a leak today does anyone seen this kind of leak. It on the side of ps??

 

Step 1) Taste it. Does it taste like power steering or oil.... Jk

Look at your fluids and see what looks low. If you cant tell take some brake cleaner and clean everything off and take it for a short drive and see where it's coming from.

 

Probably a timing chain front cover gasket thing.

 

Yea I know it oil just don’t know where it coming from . You can see it underneath good but from the top you can’t. I check my dip stick and bone dry . Lucky I caught it before it blown up. I love the truck but this is a sleeper leak.

 

Wow!! That whole engine/compartment looks like a bomb went off. What do you do with that thing?? My 2016 engine/compartment still look brand new at 48K miles.

Looks like the timing cover leak, hope you are still under warranty

 

Myself and several others have had a front timing cover start leaking.

Yours looks considerably worse than mine, but looks like it's maybe coming from the same area.
