Been lazy on this thread and busy with life. Been out a few times including a camping trip to the rocks this last weekend. Not too many pics but oh well

I vote beat it to hell then just buggy it. I wouldn’t worry about chopping the rear unless I’m missing a reason why you’re doing it. Hybrid cage this mofo.

A lot of weight savings up top, I can run a spare tire, would make an internal cage easier (don't want a hybrid since I wouldn't be able to fit in my garage), wouldn't have to worry about smashing the rear windows, can run a chase bar easily (all the roads to our trails are extremely dusty forest service roads) etc..

Time for some moab prep/winter prep and put some love back into it. Haven’t taken it out since I bought a different summer toy

It looks like it haha but most of that is the reflection of my garage door, there is a few scratches in it though that I couldn’t get out.

Moab has been a blast as always. Nothing broke on my cruiser but Max with the cummins swapped 80 broke his center ball in his double cardan and possibly his output shaft now. Also Mike had overheating issues, so those delayed us the start of a couple days.

We ran Moab Rim, cliff Hanger, Behind the Rocks, Poison Spider and half of Golden Spike.

Saw a family in a couple buggies on Cliff Hanger, front one had 54's and later caught fire but we got it put out. Also his 12 year old son was driving the moon buggy like a pro

Didn't hit high dive without someone spotting who's run the trail before. That last drop is really sketchy in person.

Lake level is high and because of the snow I slid into a stump and got more damage  but anyway @dakotasyota updated the front with some mini d2s 4.0 projectors! These things are insane. Time to turn this thing into a luxury buggy

Yeah. I’d like to twist one of his projectors a little straighter and I’m gonna have to shim up the bottom of the actual headlight mount on the passenger side. Something over there is a little messed up on body gaps so I have the height maxed out. Soooo what I’m saying is we need to tweak the cutoffs haha so don’t judge

Process was actually really easy for these depos. But it’s odd... the high beams in the aftermarket housings use a different high beam bulb. So you’d need an adapter to run a halogen high beam.... but it’s also kinda a moot point when you’re painting the high beam bowl black and have a bi-function projector.

    HA you funny

Hard to get a picture without a reflection but here’s another. Cut off line is insane. Also TRS has a huge sale coming up

Also @dakotasyota it probably doesn’t help there’s only 2 bolts in each headlight lol
