hey all, bought this camper shell used off craigslist, previous owner said the rails/tracks came with it but he never used them and didn’t know the brand. Can anyone ID them?
Also, any ideas what I can use to diy mount stuff to these rails. I included a cross section pic with the end cap removed. Thanks in advance!

You will need a t-slot nut to side into the track for an attachment point.

Those look like Thule, or more likely Yakima rails. They are 1/3 of a system that consists of rails, towers, and crossbars. Excellent, albeit pricey system.

Pretty sure they're Yakima but I'm too lazy to go measure mine. It looks like you're missing the last bolt along with the plastic end caps but you can buy them from Yakima and probably places like etrailer, rackwarehouse, etc. Whatever bases you buy should come with the nuts to slide in the tracks; the towers attach to the bases. ex. Yakima Landing Pads.

Whoever installed that was heavy handed with the silicon so you are going to have to do a thorough cleaning job if it needs resealing.

From the photos in your other thread that show the inside of the shell, I'm pretty sure those are Yakima rails. I think they are the only ones that use those big plastic nuts on the inside ceiling. Truth is, it probably doesn't matter, the Thule and Yakima hardware are interchangeable. You just need either companies version of the track nut, and you can bolt to the tracks with them.
    Here's the yakima version: https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Yakima/Y8810074.html
    and the thule: https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Thule/853-2106.html

The thule version has the advantage of being able to drop into the track without removing the end caps. But it looks like yours are already removed, so either should work fine.

If the bolts are held on with big plastic nuts as fredgoodsell mentions(i don't know where your other thread is) the it is most likely Yakima rails.

Oh yeah I have the end cap, I removed it for the picture! Thank you for the info, luckily there’s no leaks really! So no cleaning silicone for me!
