Nice barn door. And those yellow eyed rock cod eat pretty good too!

Went out last week with a buddy, hammered the 9-10" yellow perch. Had one heck of a good fish fry when we got home.

NW Florida. My bud and I like to target bull reds( red drum) on light tackle this time of year. Rocks, 15lb main + 20lb leader makes things super sporty.

Slot sized ones taste fantastic! Huge fine for taking the breeders though(28" +). Probably one of my fav sw fish.

I think the yellow perch has the longest standing freshwater fish record still unbroken since the late 1800s , or sooner at 4 lbs 8 pz

Do you have a NH freshwater fishing guide?
NH fish game headquarters will send you one if you call. They have all the info on what’s in any lake or pond in it.
Warm or cold fishery, along with Acreage in accessibility really cool

Wife got me this shirt for Christmas last year.
I got one that says “I listen to the voices in my tacklebox”
