I called earlier this week and you guys hooked me up with two new crossbars. In the mail now...appreciate it!

    Truck looks great!

I noticed yesterday (day after install) my entire cabin smelled like the Gorilla Silicone I used and it had me worried, but the smell is pretty much gone today. Also I don't have any whistles so far. I can hear the rack at around 45mph + but it's just wind turbulence and unnoticeable with the radio on. I've been plagued by a whistling driver's side door gasket on my 2015 since the day I bought it and it's not louder than that so I've got no complaints.

Mine came all 7 black, but it was made before CBI took over, I'm thinking a made in late 2015 or early 2016, whenever that group buy was. I don't care if I can't see it, the pure concept would bug the hell outta me.

Nah seems like they just ship whatever they have extra of- like I mentioned in another quote even Zach (the original creator) had in his instructions it could be either color.

My question for y'all is: is CBI not shipping the weather strips anymore (wind strip)? Seems like lots of people have questions about what to use, they should come with a strip...

What mount are you guys using to attach your single-row light bars to your racks? The mounts that came with my 42" CaliRaised are too wide and aren't letting me properly aim the beam pattern ahead. It's either tucked behind the windscreen and too low, or it sits on top of the cutout and is aimed too high.

I'm not opposed to buying the proper mount, but does anyone know of one that works with the crossbar that's attached to the windscreen?

Does prinsu have a low profile foot for the top rack to lower it to the same level as the access rack? Installed my access rack only to realize they don’t line up.

Yes, you can get a 1/2” tall foot, 1” tall and the standard 1-1/2”. Have to call for the 1”. The 1/2” and 1-1/2” is on the prinsu website.

I used 4 of the 1” feet and 2 of the 1/2” feet for my top rack on my access cab.

Just use washers to lift it. A lot cheaper IMO

That would be like an inch of washers that wouldn’t match the rest of the powdercoated rack. Since I had to drill the roof of the truck I really don’t want to mess with it. The spacers, rivet nuts and bolts have all been installed with rtv (more durable than silicone). At this point I’ve already spent around $1200 so a few more dollars aren’t going to break the bank. I also like the low profile look and need to get the noise reducing weather strip for the front. I’ll look at it later though. Maybe some painted washers won’t look bad.

Oh I didn't know it was off that bad, I figured it was close enough that maybe a washer or 2 would work

Also I should note that they swapped out my feet for free. I just sent the old ones back.
