Jason's forever broke build.

17 TRD OR as delivered from the dealer new. I've put 500 miles on it, and made a wishlist of build items.

So far only things added are Avid bumper guard, TRD Sport 17 in wheels and Wildpeak 265/70R17, DMM accesory mount, speakers and amp from *********, Meso gasshole, and some Meso turn signals on the way.

Priority is getting a suspension lift, most likely a Dobinsons 2 inch lift, leather seating, and some new wheels (Ray10 or Roost)

Also looking at options for sliders and bumpers.

 

Got the Method's wheels on order. Should be here by Friday. Installed some Meso v4 turn signals. Looking forward to getting the wheels on and doing the instagram thing while they're still clean.

I'm thinking the Tacoma badges on the doors need to go.

Need to make an appointment for tint. 15% sounds good.

Method Roost mounted up. Next on the list is a lift and bumper. Got some Meso map lights on the way.

 

Sold the Avid bumper guard.

Now waiting on SOS Streamline, Smittybilt winch and RRW sliders.

With that weight in mind, trying to make final decisions on suspension.

 

Gonna go with BILSTEIN 5100, OME 888 lift + Headstrong 3 leaf progressive AAL

 

SOS Off-road Concepts Streamline, no hoop, ready for powder coating.

 

Powder coat done.

 

SOS bumper install.

 

Installed. Needs different edge trim, but everything else is good.

 

Added a Rexing V1 dash cam hardwired and mounted on the Go Pro mount. Also received better edge trim for the SOS bumper. Looks much cleaner and this stuff won't fly off in a light breeze.

Debadged and removed the dealer installed pinstripes too.

 

5100s and AALs are here. Springs should come in today. Hopefully I'll have it lifted by tonight. Looking forward to the Uwharrie this weekend.

 

Lift installed and first test at 2000 miles in Uwharrie. I was lucky, didn't have to change a thing on the alignment.

Waiting on the BAMF grille to arrive. Putting off sliders for a while.

I ordered the ECO though. Your recessed looks good btw. I love the big letters on the BAMF grills.
