If anyone has installed these and wants to sell their factory hangers I'm interested in buying the drivers side one. I have a project that I need a stock one for.

Anybody have the tsb pack with 3 leaf aal and no overload and hammer hangers? Just curious how much lift the hangers gave you.

I got around 1/2" on my DCSB with TSB
@Nitori said he got close to 1" with his AC

These numbers are now out of date on latest batch that started shipping, lift should now only be 1/4"-1/2" max

    Ride was amazing

I take it you changed up the geometry a little bit? Just to get the truck lower/higher clearance off the shackles, or because of other reasons?

Are you still looking? I just moved and I have them in my pile o’ parts and I almost shitcanned them! Shoot me a PM.:)

Maybe ill just have to find an oem pack with an overload. Thanks Eric. Are the newer hangers any better for sua. Do you still use the 4.5” shackle for both newer and older hanger?

Basically just moved shackle pivot hole up 1/2" to minimize lift, some SOA guys didn't love it. The rest of changes eliminated the possibility of shackles over rotating and locking, trimmed some excess off.

Earlier version you have is maybe a hair better for SUA, I think you might have 4.9" shackles before I switched to 4.5" due to new updates

Got it. I guess with stock springs and stock travel I don’t need to worry about ever coming close to having them run the risk of over rotation.

True, but even the newest version should still be run with limits straps IF you have a shock relocation. I'm not going to warranty damage to hangers if people with shock relocation jump their trucks without limit straps.

A good amount of people are spending $3,000 on a rear suspension but are not spending the $100 on limit straps.
I will try to do some layout for people to follow.

I just swapped out my ATO shackle flip with extended shackles, for the hammer hangers, greaseable shackles, and cross tube. I lost over an inch of height, but my leaf springs are shot and I need new rear shocks. The ride is way more stable than before. I look forward to continuing to dial in my setup and have no doubt that these are an excellent addition.

I'll wait on your layout before I buy any limit straps then. :woot:

When you said ride was amazing were you referring to tsb or tsb + progressive aal?

My next purchase was going to be a steel skid set but I’m having a really hard time not going with a pair of HH instead. I’m always planning my next move. HH before skids or vice versa... . Skids will GET ME HOME when I land on the rock but HH will be a useful item on a daily basis even on road driving and they’ll give my Dakars and 5125’s more flex... i was reading and it looks like re using stock hangers with my standard duty Dakar pack would be the recommended setup? Wheeling with my buddy Mark with your shackle flip gives me some serious envy.

SO true. Same goes for all the guys running $3000 RR compression adjustable Gucci shocks but barely going with an AAL and not also doing bumps. Many people overlook the most inexpensive items & seems like they just want the “show factor”? I dunno but bumps, U bolt flip, extended brake lines & limit straps are some of those inexpensive items that are a must! Along with full replacement leaf packs IMO. To each his own.

Just the stock tsb 3/1 springs with HH reusing stock shackles. Also with Fox 2.5" relocation BUT, I ran stock hangers(new frame)--->annoying jittery ride, only change was HH---> ahhh relief from jitters, improved handling as well, you actually feel less sway.
I bolted them on 4 hours before driving 700 miles to Overland Expo east last October and what a combo to carve up the curvy 75mph highway through the hills stretching from NY to NC

Yes, that is the recommended setup for your springs, HH reusing stock shackles.
It should give you comparable articulation without much lift, and yes the daily driving benefits of ride quality.

You say “comparable articulation”. Doesn’t the HH provide “most dollar for dollar” articulation given my setup? Don’t misread that as snarky, just making sure. Understand. I realize my 5125’s will be a limiting factor after HH. I believe I need to switch to b110 Bilstein to get an extra 3 inches of shock extension over my 5125’s. Once I do that I would probably have the flexiest Dakar + shock + shackle setup possible? I don’t want to do a shock relocation.

    Bilstein 5125 = 24 inches extended
    Bilstein b110 = 27 inches extended

Once I do that swap AFTER the HH, then I would also likely benefit/need a spacer on my superbumps back there to help compensate for that change, correct?

Well I dont have Dakars but I see they flex well with HH while not forcing the Dakars to fan out to get the shackle horizontal.

You might be ok without spacing bumps.

Good to know. Would be a nice trial and error thing to easily do anyway I suppose. I’d rather not get a new leaf pack until I actually need one and mine only has about 4k miles on it. Thanks for all of the patience and informative research and marketing of your product. Always answering so many questions! (I realize it helps you sell your product) just saying that it’s a REALLY nice thing for us guys spending all of our hard earned money on products when we can communicate so regularly on this forum with vendors like yourself. I have been having a similar experience with SOS offroad. You’re the best, @ARCHIVE !
