Nah you gotta sweet rig as is and a lot already into it. Not worth it in my opinion.

I want glass fenders bad butttttt, I would have to find a fab shop to make aluminum wheel tubs since the factory plastic tubs won’t work, I wouldn’t want all that water and dirt and rocks betting into the air inlet especially, I’ve seen some pics of one offs that some guys have had made and they look awesome, I’ll see if I can find a reference pic

You get the idea but there have been some really kick ass ones I’ve come across before that were made to seal it up with glass fenders

Nice, I'd imagine that could be easily modified to make it wider.

Yes with glass fenders I’ve seen em made in multiple pieces tig welded together and it looks amazing but I’d have to find a fab shop who does that kinda stuff and I assume it would come with a heck of a price. As I get closer to being ready for fenders I’ll have to call around and see who could do it and for how much

Yeah that's a tough call. Love the look, just not sure it's worth the expense.

Went ahead and wired in my parking brake bypass on my head unit tonight. Initially I purchased it so I can access the Bluetooth menu and some other functions but it also allows movies to be played too. I had to buy this bypass

    740AF487-F16F-43BF-91B7-FF8F56353504.jpg

With newer head units you can no longer just connect the parking brake wire from the radio harness to a body ground, the newer radios want to see a pulsed signal and this creates that.

    15797649-5CC0-4DC7-8AB9-6D794ED0EE62.jpg

And no I don’t play movies while driving but if I’m sitting somewhere for a while waiting this will be nice to use. It was extremely simple to install, I just had to cut out two but connectors and add two of the 3 wires in with them (amp turn on and ground) and the third wire goes directly to the parking brake wire.
