Hey man, the only stupid questions are the ones left unasked. No shame whatsoever in not knowing, especially since you're unfamiliar with where you're driving.

I don't know 1st Gens, so I can't say with any certainty that 3000 RPM is "bad", but on a 2nd Gen, 3000 RPM is still in the middle of the power band. Don't

Do not let your truck go into overdrive on those steep climbs. At most keep your truck in 4th and manually shift through the gears as necessary. Putting a little strain on the transmission won't kill it, but prolonged abuse (unintentionally of course) will, and that

To be honest, I'd ask a local what they do. Who knows how to drive the area better than a local?

    Have fun out there bud!

First time stalk and spot. Soooo much more difficult than blinds, but soooo much more satisfying. Long shot was ~120yds with a .300 blackout. Shortest... well let's just say a red rider bb gun would have worked.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you're actually stalling or on super loose/slippery trails. Depending on setup, use lower gears and 4 hi unless that doesnt work.

Tacos dont have the best transmission for offroading but they're capable. Only places I've really struggled were on steeper trails with loose traction in Moab or some sandy loam hills in Washington.

How much weight do you have? Make sure the bulk of the weight is above axle or forward of it.

Bambi was a white tail. That is an axis doe.

And nah. He was getting footage of animals for his website. The landowner is also trying to get rid of all the exotics so they were using it to count numbers.Videos look like natgeo documentary. That thing is cool as hell.

Good luck. I’m 90% sure deer meat is illegal to sell. I thought so atleast.
