    So I beaten Dark Souls 3 before... And let me just say that honestly I just really do not like the game as much as the second one and nowhere near as much as the first one. Just way too streamlined and...ugh just too simple. No build diversity.

    Anyway..

    The only thing I really enjoy doing is making like a Belmont build using a whip and Faith build stuff.

    But recently I just covered that the casetus thing, you know the fist weapon? Is basically OP and mega fun to use. so I'm currently on a second playthrough where this time I'm going around beating the shit out of everything in the game that pissed me off. It's been pretty therapeutic so far.

    However when I played the first time all of the expansions were not out... I was pretty disappointed that the painted world of ariandel was basically like one place...
    But so far the ringed City expansions pretty cool except for one problem...

    I cannot for the life of me get even close to beating the demon Prince. Even with four summoned helpers we can get past the first two but once he turns into the actual Demon Prince it's just impossible.
    :annoyed::annoyed:

    My main weapons and stuff are totally maxed out at +10 and they're all set for dexterity. My issue is that he basically stays in the air for like 75% of the time and so generally I barely have time to hit him and I also barely do any damage... And don't even get me started on his attacks, even with 1700 HP he can take me out in like 2-3 hits.

    Has anyone ever bested this thing? Any advice? Or maybe anyone who may want to try to join and assist?

    Demon King & especially Midir (final fight) are the two that are and always have been difficult for me. Going into my second run through of the game on the same character and he took me about 10-15 tries till I got him.
    Not sure which platform you are on, but if it is PS4 I'd be happy to help. My guy is an INT build and I do pretty good damage for the most part. Also, something to consider, the more people you have in a game/boss fight the harder they are to kill.

    This is my first Souls game, I have the 2nd one too that I plan on playing soon

    Oh shoot someone replied! Haha.

    I'm actually on PC but I appreciate the offer, see I've been told that pestilent mist is basically one of the only ways to really beat him. I'm a Dex build, not sure if I mentioned that. But yeah I haven't tried in a while I'll have to go back and give it another go. Okay so it sounds like I should only summon one person to help them? Do NPC's count towards that?

    If you haven't played it, I really should just playing the first one because the amount of diversity in the builds is supreme compared to the third game. Haha

    Yes, NPCs should also count towards the boss being more difficult (more health pool to drain). Technically all enemies will have more health when you are allied with a friend and or NPC. Admittedly, I believe I looked up the strategy to beat him after my 10th loss and used the mist to my advantage as you mentioned. I definitely understand where you are coming from regarding the classes. My mage is over levelled and I'm now a jack of all trades lol, but my next build will be SL 60-80 so I can start invasions.

    I honestly thought about trying to respec just for this fight. I've seriously never had this hard of a time.. I mean don't get me wrong some boxes are really challenging and enjoyable to master and overcome but this is just crazy haha.
