    Hey Guys,

A good friend of mine in San Ramon makes CO2 tank air-up kits. He’s been making them for years for friends and decided to sell them awhile back. I thought I would pass along the great deals he offers (barely makes any profit, mainly makes them as a hobby)

Basic kit is $275, its a 10lb tank, mounting bracket, 150 psi preset regulator, hose with quick connects and inflator included. He also offers a 15lb tank, tank netting, and adjustable regulator as options.

If you are interested shoot me a PM and I will pass along his info! Just to be completely clear, I don’t make a dime from this, just helping a friend and extending a deal to other users

that bracket looks nice. do you know much he'd charge for a 6lbs aluminum propane tank?

It leaks out thru rubber much faster than compressed air but beats the super slow 12v air compressors all day long. Even at night too lol!
Plus you can run air tools but be careful because most are rated for 90psi max and some complete set ups such as this don't have adjustable regulators which come pre-set to 150psi.
On mine there's a set screw I can turn to adjust the regulator PSI with although on eBay it said non-adjustable lol

I pieced mine together myself. Pretty easy. But be aware that most welding or brewing supply places only exchange tanks and don't fill them up so don't get too attached to your shiny tank with cool stickers and artwork

    Good to know.
At any rate don't be tricked into thinking you need a gauge for the tank. It will show ~2,000psi or whatever (I forgot) until empty so those gauges are worthless

Hey sorry alerts weren’t active for some reason. No clue but I can ask if you’d like. You’d want it set up the same way?

Yeah, that bracket is super nice.

I have a kit I made myself. It was dirt cheap as I already had the CO2 tank from brewing beer that I bought used for next to nothing.

I still carry a compressor as back up. You can't really tell how full the tank is unless you weigh it.

Dooo ittt. He’s a good guy and it’s a good product. Airs up way faster than a compressor does plus it makes it so easy.

Learned that years ago when I bought a used powertank. They ended up giving me a good deal on a 20lb tank and now I just swap out tanks when they run out and I have kept my powertank regulator on each change out.
