Any recommendations for a tuner or should I take it to a dyno shop?

My mileage has been a little funky ever since I installed a K&N I intake and magnaflow exhaust, it got a bit better after I replaced the pcv but it's still not as economic or aggressive as before the parts were installed

Welcome to Toyota, land of the not able to be tuned easily vehicles.
My first recommendation is ditch the k&n filter. Toyota maf sensors dont like the oil. Buy a AFE dry filter imo.
Second, there isn’t a tuner you can just pick up and go. There are some options, most feasible might be ovtune’s work. Look around the forum for his stuff.

Is the filter on the K&N the oiled type? If so, clean off a lot of the oil from the filter, as well as the MAF sensor .

That should correct the issues. MAF equipped engines need non oiled filters.

Also, just something to keep in mind... you're adding additional air flow to the engine. More air needs more fuel (when demanded). And you're probably on the gas a little more listening to you new intake and muffler? Those mods you did will not need a tune for the ECU to compensate. Check for over-oiling the air filter, like those above me have said. Finally, people say "I'm getting worse fuel mileage" or "I"m getting so much better gas mileage" a lot, but never bother to ACTUALLY calculator the mileage- with MATH. What gas mileage were you getting before? What are you getting now?
