Window regulator HELP?

    2005 v6 dbl cab 6 speed 4x4 tacoma
    Hey all, I'm new to TW and was wondering if there is anyone out in the NE Ohio area to maybe help me with an install of the window regulator motor. I'm in the Mantua / Hiram area if anyone is familiar with the area i would greatly appreciate any help or knowledge.

    P.S. this is what is going on with my window now.


    I have a 2005 dbl cab and have power windows, all of them work going down and up, except the rear passenger, now when its all the way down i have to kind of help it up and when it gets to the half way closed mark it will roll up with the power of the motor. now do i have a rear passenger window motor going bad / not strong enough?

    any help would be great, thank you so so much.
