1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

2001-2004 were hollow plastic flares with plastic clips and associated square holes in the fender. 1995-2000 were solid fiberglass flares with only the screws in the wheel well.

You have about four different types of fender flares across the first gen.

 

I just know when I pull the flares off the clips are gonna break and I don’t really want to replace them.

Only reason I asked

 

I’d replace them. They’re cheap enough. Doesn’t hurt to have more points of attachment.

 

I wouldn't trust them without the clips. Those tabs that use screws break off easily for the front. Maybe the rear you'd be ok & if you are only street driving.

I replace the clips everytime i get my flares replaced. They make aftermarket clips for the flares now too so they they don't cost much.

 

But money.

It’s registered, tags are current, and it runs and drives. The way I have it parked makes it appear like a beat up truck. That’s it.

The Sienna has no front wheels and engine parts under it. And it’s on jack stands.

Clean that crap up. Even I won't leave my truck on stands overnight let alone weeks on end. But my hoa prez wouldnt care anyways, even if he did, Id just offer to do his cars oil changes for him.
