Connecting the halos is not an issue but been looking at the best way to route the wires from the headlight out.

    Backstory:
I picked these up from another member and I am replacing older halos and adding Daemon eyes.

The openings current won’t fit the wires/connections. I am guessing so will need to drill a hole.

I couldn’t find any walkthroughs or photos of installs. Quick photo of the Halo and Daemon eyes connections. I can post up other photos. Everything is ready to seal up once I can figure this out.

Can you post some more pics of what you're trying to do?

I'm assuming you need to get one white plug inside the headlight housing?

If you can retain the grommet, would you be able to drill a hole on the back housing for it?

Check out how they have it on this site. A different location, but same concept (scroll to the right on the pics).

I did look up on kustom54 as I recall seeing the rear of the setup. Since the projectors are already installed I need to route the connectors from insight headlight out but I guess is the same really.

There is one hole the old halo wire was routed but that connector was much smaller than the newer wires so no way its going through there unless I cut it and reconnect it. I did think about possibly drilling a hole using the grommet but there are 2 wires so I would a different grommet anyway.

    Ok, gotcha.

Well if you want to go that route you can, just solder and heat shrink the cut parts on the outside of the headlight.

If not, then a new hole with the grommet would be the next best bet.

Yah it will have to be one of those methods as removing the projector is not an option without most likely ruining it. If not ill have to eat the cost or just sell off the extra parts and install without.
