    My shit is all stock.
    Fancy radiator went into my truck tonight. The TSB/Mexico spec side seals worked very well to seal up the gaps. The bottom seal needed some trimming since this radiator is significantly longer than the stock radiator. No pic of the lower seal. I was under a bit of a time crunch to get the truck out of the shop.

    So now that’s it’s cooled off in TX, I can say that I’m at a constant 185 with the 170 thermostat. It was pretty good about holding that in the 100 degF months, but now it never moves. Kinda makes me wish I’d gone 160. Not changing it now.

    anyone that has this radiator, could you please let me know what size petcock drain plug is on these towards the bottom so I can order a zinc anode for the one I have coming in the mail

    Have you emailed or called CSF? I don’t think anyone here measured theirs before install and I doubt anyone wants to take theirs out and drain all the coolant just to measure it.

    Isn't it just plastic? I cannot remember.

    If galvanic corrosion or electrolysis is a worry, why not just ground it with a decent gauge wire?

    I am going to ground it as well as replace all lines and put in a 170 degree urd thermostat with a flexalite radiator that comes a shroud and aluminumm radiator, replace heater core with aluminum and water pump, but I am going to ad a zinc anode whilst I do it. replace with gates tensioner pulley and non stop tuning pulley kit. new belt and blah blah blah, I will be taking plenty of pics and will do a thread build
