I like my SOG Flash II, straight edge blade. I dont like half serrated, half straight. blah. I have several in the EDC rotation, this one is my favorite though

Do you find deals on them? I always keep an eye on ebay, but inevitably the bids shoot way up.

4th from the bottom is usually the one I carry often. SnG is my favorite size.

Old pic, these aren't all my Striders. Have a Buck Strider & a couple of Protech Striders too.

Just snagged a Benchmade 551-1bk off Reddit for $115  now to play the waiting game for it to get here.

Will look great with my auto Stryker and 555-1

My Gerber knives. These were available back in the 1980's but no longer made, except for the small folding knife. The boot knife is a Command 1, then the Tac II, and the long thin one is a Command II. They will all shave.Gerber knives 002 (2).jpg

r/knife_swap is where I found the 551-1. It's always a good idea to look in the weekly still for sale thread. You can usually get pretty good deals on already low priced knives. I didn't even haggle though on the 551-1 because subreddit requires the seller has to include shipping and PayPal G&S into the price

I have I believe the 3rd one down. My dad bought me and my sister each one and they have consecutive serial numbers matching our birthdays. He was odd like that. Never used it but it is sharp as hell.

My 2 favorites. The Helle my old man gave me about 10 years ago. Its skinned more hogs and deer than I care to count. Damn fine steel in those Helle blades.

The other one is a little roachbelly made by Dean Hazuka. Given to me by a friend who passed on July 4th. I rarely use it but when I do it's usually for whittling in the deer stand or digging a cactus thorn out of my skin.

Foammart.com but they're local to me so I've never ordered from them online.

I couldn’t remember if I’d put these on TW or not. I EDC a Boker Kwaiken, ZT, or Benchmade Triage depending on what I grab or remember to grab.

The set of 3 knives are all one off customs from a German maker Sascha Dunkhorst

The set of 2 knives are one offs from Workerman Knives (USA)

    The Spyderco is from Bladeswelove

The kitchen setup is DogHouse Forge. JP is from here in Florida, has been on Forged in Fire and our wives are best friends. He makes some amazing blades.
    www.doghouseforge.com
He even does clinics where you can come and use all his material and equipment and make your own.

Was really into knives as a teen but now that I live in a rough area, as a tiny chick I feel way more comfortable carrying a firearm. Ft. injury from a different knife lol
