I never get tired of it.

We'd get creamed by any NFL team.

No, but being tied at half was annoying!

This. I laugh at some of the talk of a nfl matchup.

53 NFL caliber players (well... Some argument can be made so say 40? That a fair number?)
    Vs
    A handful on O and D at a time.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see it.

Bring Nathan Peterman back to the bills and let him sling it around, would be best chance... Their D is stout though.

It'd sell out for sure

I want Bama to play an NFL team for one reason and one reason only. To stop all the NFL vs CFB discussion! No college team in the history of football could ever beat an NFL team! Yes, some teams (possibly Bama) could keep it closer than others, but other than that, its still a loss, period! Any Bama fan, or top team fan for that matter that thinks their team could beat an NFL is nothing more than an uneducated homer!

Honestly, I'd like to see it.

Maybe it would shut some up.

And, I'm sure the players from Alabama would love to play an NFL team, as that is the only way some of them ever will.

Its mainly your fan base lol. The insults to Alabamas schedule makes all the fans come out and say "here is the schedule everyone wants us to play" and it has like the Patriots and a damn volcano on it lol.

That's the trolls for the most part, see my last 2 words of my last post, haha. I am one of those that think it would be competitive at times, but Bama would never win.

for sure. even the awful NFL teams have just oodles of talent (most often SEC talent) just lining their roster. sure you get the players like Leonard Fournette who said he thinks the SEC was harder than the NFL...but he has a way better Oline in NFL than college....even if the Jags suck...

lol no I'm not saying that. they make great ones actually, but they are getting paired with the best of the best from other teams too that only help them.

The biggest difference is the speed. Shit that works in CFB doesn't work in the NFL because every skill player is fast as hell on both sides of the ball. Not to mention the O- and D-lines.

Would I give the best-ever college team a chance against the worst-ever NFL team? Maybe... like... play 10,000 times and maybe the CFB team wins 1 on some kind of fluke nonsense? Maybe.

But no... Bama doesn't want the Bills. Not now. Not ever.

I think there would be moments of keeping up. Over a 60 minute game, any NFL team comes out on top.

The pass rush from an NFL defense is so fast and violent, I dont know that Bama would even score. Tua may be a special talent, he may have a killer arm, but admittedly it takes him some time to make those throws.

You put him up against an NFL pass rush, and he wont complete many passes. He'd have to start trusting himself and the receivers more. I watch some NFL, and some of those throws the QB's make are prayers. They can afford to do that though because the receivers are going to make a play. (There are a few NFL QB's now that throw more sure balls, Breez, Brady, Rogers, Rivers, etc....)

Y'all know Jameis out there praying that receiver makes a play. Same with Stafford, Ben, Carr, Cousins, etc. Dudes are running for their LIFE when they let some of those balls go. Tua couldn't handle that pressure.

Yeah, I mean, they could probably make a block every now and then, but most of it would be getting dominated. The running backs might hit a hole every now and then, or a screen play may go for a few yards but it would be a lot of luck and timing for any explosive plays to happen against an NFL defense.

On the flip side, the NFL offense would just run the ball the entire game....lol.

We give the NFL great tight ends and offensive line but mostly average everything else except qb’s we give terrible qb’s minus Montana

The real deal ended up sitting 2 rows behind us this weekend. Unfortunately for him it was an aisle seat, people bothered him for pictures the whole first half.

Meh. We'll see. His development the next two years will be interesting. (or 1 year...we'll see)

Also, there are a few QB's in the league right now that shouldn't be starting...and many people said that before they got there.
